We ship all of our merchandise via United States Postal Service. Packages under 13 oz. are shipped via First Class Mail and packages over 13 oz. are shipped via Priority Mail. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery via First Class Mail and 2-3 days for Priority Mail. Orders are generally processed in the mornings, Monday through Friday. As such, most orders will ship within 24 hours during the business week. Therefore, orders placed on Friday will likely ship on Monday morning. Please note, we cannot ship via USPS on federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail from Stamps.com.

Some of our jewelry is manufactured and shipped directly from our jeweler and it will be indicated as such in the product description of the item. The amount of time this takes varies depending on the production schedule, so please allow 4-6 weeks to receive these items. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. In general, officer dangles take about 4 weeks and more complicated items with enamel and/or stones and pearls will take the full 6 weeks. You will receive an e-mail within 2 weeks of your order with an estimated shipping date. If your item is shipping via FedEx, you will also receive a tracking number via e-mail. If your item is shipping via USPS, you will not receive a tracking number.
Because many of our items are light in weight but valuable, we don't ship based on weight; instead our shipping rates are based on the value of your order. The total shipping cost includes postage, packaging materials and insurance. These are our current rates:
Our website is set up for shipping to the United States and Canada. If you would like delivery to a different country, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your address and the items you would like to order and we will get you a quote. There is an additional $5.00 handling fee for orders outside the United States.
We are glad to accept returns on most items. Generally, we do not accept returns on items that are manufactured to order by our jeweler. Returns can be initiated by logging into your account with us, or you can contact us by phone at (800) 565-8227 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that we can be expecting your return. Our mailing address is: The Greek Marketplace, P.O. Box 99, Winnetka, IL 60093. Please enclose the invoice with your package and write on it the reason for the return. (If you have lost the original invoice, please include a piece of paper with your name and order number). Refunds are processed electronically as soon as we receive the item; however, returns past 60 days must be refunded via a check in the mail. We will also refund you for return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part.
